KUJIRA Okinawa Whisky 33 Years Old
KUJIRA Okinawa Japanese Whisky 33 Years Old — 2026 Annual Release
The 2026 Annual Release of Kujira Okinawa Whisky marks a significant milestone as the oldest Kujira expression ever produced, with only 999 bottles crafted for this limited global edition.
This 33-year-old whisky reflects more than three decades of careful maturation and selection. It spent 31 years in American white oak, allowing the spirit to develop depth, structure, and complexity. It was then finished for 2 additional years in rare Japanese Mizunara oak, a highly valued and limited cask type known for imparting refined aromatic nuances.
Each cask used in this release was individually selected by the master distiller from thousands in the warehouse, chosen for its exceptional character and maturity. The result is a whisky that represents the pinnacle of Kujira’s craftsmanship, embodying the distillery’s pursuit of precision, patience, and mastery over time.
