Masahiro Distillery, founded in 1883, is one of the oldest and largest distilleries in Okinawa. The Kujira Okinawa Whisky is distilled from 100% premium rice and matured in Sherry, Bourbon and American White Oak Casks for more than 15 years, giving a mellow taste and silky texture to this exquisite whisky. The subtropical climate in Okinawa provides a warm and humid storage condition that accelerates the maturation process. This environment creates subtle fruity and botanical flavors with intense texture, enhancing the uniqueness of Okinawa Whisky.

Nose
Dried plums, candied fruits, with mints and chocolate aromas.
